 Letter Dd and Number 4 

Students learned to write and say the sound of the letter Dd. Students are also working on recognizing the number 4 and counting to 4.

Letter to Santa 

Students wrote a letter to Santa. A copy was made for me and their copy is in their backpacks. Also look in their bags for their Christmas gifts and YOUR Christmas Presents. Students had so much fun making them. Merry Christmas!   (Letters in Backpack)

Carta a Santa

Los estudiantes le escribieron una carta a Santa. Me hicieron una copia y su copia está en sus mochilas. También busque en sus bolsas sus regalos de Navidad y SUS regalos de Navidad. Los estudiantes se divirtieron mucho haciéndolos. Feliz Navidad! (Letras en la mochila)

Gingerbread Man 

Mrs. Jarecki read the book The Gingerbread Man- Students helped read the book when I paused. After reading the book, students were to tell me what they would eat instead of the Gingerbread cookie.

Hombre de pan de jengibre

La Sra. Jarecki leyó el libro The Gingerbread Man. Los estudiantes ayudaron a leer el libro cuando hice una pausa. Después de leer el libro, los estudiantes debían decirme qué comerían en lugar de la galleta de jengibre.

What did you eat first? 

Students were given a gingerbread cookie- teachers watched to see what body part they would eat first (arm, leg, or head) then students put their name on the chart. As a class, we counted to see who ate the arm, leg, or head first.

¿Qué comiste primero?

A los estudiantes se les dio una galleta de jengibre; los maestros observaron qué parte del cuerpo comerían primero (brazo, pierna o cabeza) y luego los estudiantes pusieron su nombre en la tabla. Como clase, contamos para ver quién comía primero el brazo, la pierna o la cabeza.
