What will happen to the celery?  Students came up with a hypothesis on what would happen to the celery if we put it in blue water. Ask your child what happened.   ¿Qué pasará con el apio? Los estudiantes propusieron una hipótesis sobre lo que sucedería con el apio si lo ponemos en agua azul. Pregúntele a su hijo qué pasó. Roll the dice!  Students were to roll the dice and get me that many seeds. After 2 minutes, students counted how many beans they had and determined who had the most.  ¡Tirar los dados!  Student of the Week- March  Student of the Week- April 4th  Letter Yy and Zz and Number 4  4 year old students have learned all of their letters now! Keep reviewing- I am still working on the GOLD assessment and can not wait to share it with you on your last home visit before SUMMER :)  For the 3 year old students- keep working on the letters in their name and letters in their environment.  Students and Chicks  Mrs. Wemhoff's class hatched out baby chicks. The AM and PM students were invited to come on over and check them out.  Mr. Nygren  AM students played with Mr. Nygren for recess! THEY LOVED IT!  Week of the YOUNG CHILD!  Monday  PJ Day- Movie Monday  Tuesday Build your own snack  Wednesday   Make your own art- check out your child's backpack to see what they made.     Thursday  Work together...Check out what they made. Plant Unit- Week 2

 Happy Birthday!  ¡Feliz cumpleaños! Number 7 and 8  4 year olds wrote the number 7 and 8 in their handwriting books.  número 7 y 8 Los niños de 4 años escribieron el número 7 y 8 en sus libros de escritura a mano. Parts of a Plant  Students learned the parts of the plant and why it is important. AM students colored their flower and PM students wrote the parts of the plant on their paper.  partes de una planta Los estudiantes aprendieron las partes de la planta y por qué es importante.
